All orders are custom-made and cannot be refunded or returned once shipped. Cancellations or changes are only accepted during the 3D modeling process before printing begins. Once your model is approved and production starts, no refunds or edits can be made.
Production time usually takes 1–3 days, depending on the complexity of your model. Shipping takes 1–3 days, and delivery times may vary by location. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
For best results, please upload clear, high-resolution photos taken in good lighting. Front and side angles help our artists create a more accurate 3D model. If you're using older photos and new angles can't be taken, that's no problem—our artists can still work from the images you have and do their best to capture every detail.
All of our models are designed and 3D printed in-house by our team of skilled artists and technicians. Every piece is carefully crafted, printed, and finished with attention to detail before being packaged and shipped from Norway.
