All orders are custom-made and produced specifically to your specifications. As such, refunds, returns, or exchanges cannot be accepted once an order has been shipped.
You may request cancellations or design changes only during the 3D modeling phase, before printing or production begins.
Once your model is approved and production has started, the order is considered final, and no further edits, cancellations, or refunds will be possible.
Please review your 3D model and order details carefully prior to approval to ensure full satisfaction with your final product.
If you receive a damaged or defective item due to a production error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos, and our team will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
